Not Installing- Visual Studio.NET 2003, Please Help

I apologize if this is long; I just wanted to answer any question you guys/gals might have.

The Problem
I have ordered the trial edition of Visual Studio.NET 2003. When I try to install the software I am getting many errors saying that it can't find a file.

This is what is happening in Detail:
The installation offers me the option of, Ignore-Abort-Retry. When I click Retry, it says the same thing; when I click on Ignore. It starts to install again, but then the same message comes up with a different file name. Then the same thing happens. This happens with about twenty-five files.

Then, it says the same message, but this time with the option of Retry-Cancel. When I click Retry, it gives me the same message. So I have no other option but to press cancel and the installation cancels.

This is what I have done:
I have made sure that all of prerequisites are installed. So when I put in the first CD it says, it offers me the option to install. I have also tried many times to reduce the number of items to install to the real bare bones. What I mean is that there is an option to select different sample codes etc. Also, the CDs I am using are not scratched at all.

Please post here what I should do? I really need this to work for my job. Thank you!
