Sorry to say this - but the MSBuild powertoys were never posted up for download.
We don't ship an XML Logger out of the box - however, I did notice that there is an XML Logger here: http://www.geekswithblogs.net/kobush/archive/2005/05/06/39153.aspx.
I have never tried it - but you might want to take a look and see whether it works for you?

Yes, I've seen the Kobush logger. If there was something more official - or rather, semi-official - coming from MS by way of a PowerToys release, I would have preferred to use that. Since that doesn't seem to be in the cards (which is a shame - a standard XML logger would be quite valuable), I'll go with Kobush.
