Strange bug recurring in Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 (Whidbey): junk popup

Hi there,
Support for VS beta 2 seems unlikely, however I am already using it at work, anticipating the full release of the product. I'm just hoping someone else has seen this problem happen before.
The problem happened a few times in the past couple of weeks, but is now occurring regularly, and it's now starting to cut into my productivity.
Now, ever second time I start debugging my winforms application, a junk popup window starts appearing in the bottom right corner of the VS screen. It intereferes with debugging, and prevents me from doing anything in VS. In fact, the only way out of the situation is to kill the devenv.exe process. The popup window has a single OK button in the middle, and a bunch of junk which looks like un-painted scraps from another window. I can click on the OK button, but the popup simply reappears, ad infinitum.
Here is a screenshot of the little bugger:

Anyone experience this problem before?
Anyone have a solution? Or least an idea why it's happening?
Thanks.

Post a bug report on the Micrsooft Product Feedback Center with steps to reproduce it.

I would if I could, but I can't, so I won't. The .NET passport login page for the product feedback center won't let me past the profile page. No error messages or anything; I just get redirected to the profile page, regardless of what I do.
Ironic, isn't it? The bug-reporting web app has a serious bug in it.
Now, aside from reporting the bug, does anyone have any suggestions that might help me out?

Update to this bug:
As long as the VS window is NOT in focus when debugging begins, this bug doesn't surface. So, in other words, if I hit F5, then Al-Tab over to a different application as the debugging begins, this error doesn't seem to occur. Very interesting!

The Microsoft Product Feedback Center is back up again, so have another go at posting that report.
