Using the June CTP of Vstudio and VSIP. Ive noticed that when you create a new project using EnvDTE.Solution.AddFromTemplate and get the template for "EmptyProject","VisualBasic" you really get a smartphone application. Adding a new form shows the form in designer mode with the "smartphone" graphic behind it. This is probably a bug, but I wanted to ask just in case this is somehow by design. :)
