Windows Service not registered in the registry

Primary platform is Framework 2.0

I’ve installed successfully a Windows Service by means installutil.exe. But when I seek out on Registry I don’t get the reference there (<Assembly: Guid(xnxnxn-xnx.......) attribute)

What happen?
