I want to create a instant message alert like MSN Messengers mail alert and message alert box that pops up by the windows clock... heres the catch....

I have searched alot of downloadable components but none I have found are compatible with VC2005 (C#).

I have heard of people creating their own using the System.Drawing namespace, but I don't know how.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
