Can you give a link to such webcast?

Usually you should not need to give any information but depending on what you are trying to watch there might be required registration.

What link requires you to give your address?

webcasts are usually free, sometimes they *may* ask for you to enter an address, for you to "login" via the passport account or perhaps to send out an email containing details of the webcast or something similar.

webcasts do not cost unless it states so, there is no way to "charge" a webcast view just by entering an email address

They want your email address to torture you with unrelenting spam that you cannot unsubscribe from. It is worth what you pay for it.

To take part of the event you need to register. You will need to complete the profile with all required fields, if you want to take part of the webcast you should provide your address where asked. If you are not comfortable doing that you will not be able to take part of the webcast.
