Reverse Engineer VB.Net .DLL

Hi, I am in the unfortunate position of having inherited a VB.NET application having a particular .dll that I don't have the source code for. I have searched hi and low, and it is nowhere to be found - just have to deal with it. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to reverse engineer the .dll and turn it into the source code that I am missing?
