re-install

I currently have Win XP64 and WinXP Pro on one computer as a dual boot. The XP Pro is having a problem with my Gforce 7800 GT GPU. I want to build a seperate computer wipe XP Pro from the original and install it on the new computer. Will Microsoft let me do this or do I have to buy another Win XP Pro License? Also the same for Office 2003 Pro.
