"Forum Options" doesnt work

1) Go to a forum (sayhttp://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=42&SiteID=1)

2) Open 7th page in the forum by 'next' in the bottom right

3) Now select 'unanswered questions' in forum options at bottom left and go..

4) No results are returned.

Whereas, if step3 and step4 are executed by staying on page 1, results can be seen...
