Directshow WM ASF Reader bug reporting?

Hello, Im a dev that uses DShow ASF reader for some audio files, and I have found a serious bug. I dont have msdn subscription. Where do I send the bug report to, please?

I have replicated it on many machines, got all the updates for qasf.dll, etc but this is an unpleasant one that is not addressed yet!
