Really stupid, but I have a good excuse!

I am lost~ in 2004 my only children died 9 months apart..I was a Beta participant( MSN 9.1) and like most other things in my life my participation was nil.So alot has changed,like no more Beta reporting site (the old one) and I know i missed somthing..I realize this is not the right place to ask but help me please.Where can i find help?
