IE ToolBar

Hi there

I am trying to find out just how does someone go about putting a small helper program or Add-in, into Internet explorer 6.0 or 7.0. toolbar or menu bar

I want to write a small application that can be added to the IE toolbar.

I have seen other such menu/toolbar items in other programs, such as fronpage..etc

If successfull the helper app itself, will exsist and perform only on and from the IE toolbar

So, can you point me in the direction I need to go to?
