0x80040111: ClassFactory cannot supply requested class

Hi all,

i am trying to convert my video clipping downloaded from my motorola mobile which is in .3gp file to a .wmv file using windows media encoder. its throwing me the error "0x80040111: ClassFactory cannot supply requested class"during conversion. i tried in many forums for a fix but no solutions, any help on this issue will be greatful.
