Where is WinFx in Visual Studio 2005 July CTP

How do I build a WCF project when the extensions are not there to create the project in Visual Studio?

I have Vista July CTP, Windows Vista SDK (July), and VS 2005 full. So where do I get the Visual Studio extensions to create projects?
