RTC API 1.2 help needed..How to get buddy list from server?

Hi i am programming in c# and using rtc api 1.2.i can sign in to LCS server through my application.now i have to add buddy list in my application.How to retreive buddy list and buddy status from LCS server.

I tried to get help from RTC Presence sample ,but that one is too complex for me.Plz help me if any one worked over it Thanks
