Feature Suggestion: Enhance context menu from Deskbar results.

When right clicking on an outlook item from the Deskbar results pane it would be efficient for a user to be presented with more item specific context menu items.

Example: To make a call at our firm right now, we start typing the name of a contact in the deskbar, click the desired result, click the phone button on the contact toolbar, then click Start Call to initiate the call.

This is the most efficient way to start a call (4 steps). If the Deskbar results presented more of the item specific context menu items (Call Contact...) in this example it would speed up the process a little. It would add value in this situation as well as others I'm sure.
