.Net Scheduler

Why does MS not think of coming up with a .NET Scheduler component for .NET 2.0?

Similar to the one over athttp://www.codeproject.com/csharp/TSNewLib.asp
It would be a lot better if MS came up with this. They already have the code for it in Outlook and Windows Scheduler, to name a few places...
