I has created a datafile application using VB.net2003 using the
datagrid component and created a crystal report.
It is well debugged and build and working properly
at such PC that installed VS2003 but can't work
from those without VS2003 installed PC(all is
installed .netframewrk 1.1 SDK).
The result error msg is "Common Language Runtime
Debugging Services--Application has generated an exception
that could not be handled.
Processid=0X11C(284), Threadid=0X844(2116)"
"No debugger found"

Pls help to solve
