TheGuided Tour of Visual Web Developer 2005 Express, in the section Working with Html, describes selecting an html block and clicking Collapse Tag in the right-click menu. Collapse Tag is not listed in this menu. Html blocks can be collapsed by clicking the dash in a small box beside the line number of the first line of the block. Click the + to expand again.
