I would like To desactivate on opening One note 2007 beta the message that ask if I want to download WDS (Windows desktop search) because there is a bug in the outlook 2007 beta with WDS so I can't install it. Thank you.

Unfortunately, Microsoft does not currently support turning off this prompt in OneNote (though turning off the prompt is supported in Outlook).
Have you tried installing the latest version of Windows Desktop Search 3.0? We recently released beta 2 of this product and it has fixed many of the issues with the WDS 3.0 engine preview. You can install beta 2 from this location:
