DNS Domain Entries

I have a registered domain name:www.mydomain.com

Using Windows 2003 Enterprise, with two NIC's, I generated an active directory local domain (HQ.mydomain.com) and I created DNS A records for all the computers in my local domain. I want to have an internal and an external network. My main computer (main.HQ.mydomain.com) connects to the internet but the other computers do not.

I want thewww.mydomain.com to come into (main.HQ.mydomain.com) for my web site. When set up properly in DNS I'll install ISA2004 on main.HQ.mydomain.com and I want to use VPN from client later.

Are there any labs available or tech articals for this arrangement?

I really need help getting DNS correct so I don't keep blaiming it for every problem.
