OpenProject ?

I have create App but i wish to save project and open project ... in my app!

For example:
Microsoft Office Access 2003 Pro [Project(.mdb)]

And so can i create this in Visual Basic 2005 Express Edition ?

For example:
My app project [Project(.mas)]
If you Save As in "Desktop" saving this format : .mas ?
