what happened to the lips in sapi 5.1

Good morning all:

I am building a children's speech synthesis VB6 program. I was using the DirectSS control on my form with the red lips that moved when speech was synthesized. Now I want to switch to SAPI 5.1 but I cannot find any lips control to put on my form. Please tell me how to use SAPI 5.1 with the "lips" form control. I have studied the SAPI 5.1 docs and find nothing about a visible speech control for my forms. Thanks in advance, Ron in Rochester.
