data transfer from MS access to sql server using DTS

hi everybody,

i , transfer data from MS Access database to SQL server Database using dts package. i done it properly. but what happen when i changed anything or insert any row in MS Access database ,it is not reflected on sql server Data base, while i run DTS package again and again.plz............... give me the solution how i will write Activex script or how i will do that things using import/export wizard.
