it really depends on the job/company - there is no set "rules" for entry level. Of course as you progress onwards within the job you learn more - sometimes they teach you most times they dont because they dont have much money to send people on courses - really depends.
I would say start from bottom up - learning about Object Orientated programming, effeciency, performance, dealing with databases (both SQL and MS Access) - there is no "set" entry level but the more you know the better.
Some entry level positions require you to know the CLR inside and out - depends on the job requirement - its just one of those things. Learn as much as you can, the proper way, and you will be fine! :-)
