what exactly do you need help with? Software development or problems with installation etc...?

are you able to be more specific and supply as much detail as possible so we can correctly guide you?

Include things like:

  • OS you are using

  • .NET Framework version you are using, and the language you are developing in

Windows XP Home edition and I am teying to play games online and I am getting an error that say that my security settings does not allow active x controls to be used on the web page. I am not sure if this is the place that I need to be.

excellent - the more detail the better :-) Now we know where to guide you

    try here:

    http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/dgbrowser/en-us/default.mspx

on the left handside there are navigation links, just hover over the correct IE version you are using and post your question there.

Since it appears that you say it is complaining about security settings, here maybe more appropriate:

    http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.internetexplorer.security&cat=en_us_55db6963-dca7-4623-bd55-7f220060f335&lang=en&cr=us
