programatically checkin file to vss visual source save

hye friends

i have got a problem i hope u guys will help me in sorting this out

the problem is that i m creating a document on the web application say ....as we write e mail on text area..

now issue is that how to convert this into a file and format accepted by the vss and secondly checkin this file onto the vss and

so plz tell me the way how i can do this ....
