OK, I give up, just where is the JS debugger?

Sheesh. How frustrating.

I would really appreciate it if someone could please tell me where I can get the JS debugger for the IE7 included in Vista RC1, and if necessary any special instructions for installing it and getting it to work.

I of course enabled JS debugging in IE7, tried installing the debugger I normally used under XP from my MS Office/Fron Page, etc., but nothing works. The "Script Debugger" entry does appear in the "View" menu, but nothing happens when you try to open the debugger. I also tried running my web site with an explicit "debugger" statement in the startup Javascript debugger but the debugger never runs.
