chevron command bar

UI Automation (as of Vista RC1) seems to have a problem with identifying the "chevron" item on a command bar (the arrows that you see when IE menu is too long for the window).

This problem can be seen when using UI Spy - there is no element for the chevron item.

When using Active Accessibility 2.0, the item is identified as "Chevron-Command Bar" by inspect32 or by the accessibility explorer.

Is this a bug? Is it going to be fixed?
