Data Exchange between IE and Office 2003

Hi,

I would

like to access from MS Word 2003 a Web browser page such as Internet Explorer

which is running at the same time on the client machine.

Or

generally speaking, how can I see and access with .NET applications running on

the client machine?

And is there a

method or propery which will allow me to examine
the

CURRENTLY SELECTED link in a seperate running instance of Internet
Explorer?
