Could not get all providers

My help has stopped working. It says "Could not get all providers" and also says "Click here for more information". When I click for more information, it just goes to theMSDN Home Page.

This began after I changed the Technology to include more technologies. I have tried restoring the technologies to be the same as before, but that does not solve the problem.

The main reason I am posting this is in case the cause is outside my system; it might help, if anyone else is having this problem, for them to know that it is probably not their system.
