Putting ReportViewer on Hosting Site- How-to-do

I am running a VS 2k5 with SQL 2005 standard on a hosting site.

I wanted to run ReportViewer local, to me its OK to work slow with reporting then not at all and from how I read the web site:http://www.gotreportviewer.com/ they seem to say that local is free.

Please verify this 1st point then I ask a 2nd question.

Are there references that I can add to a VS 2k5 project so a hosting service does not have to run "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\BootStrapper\Packages\ReportViewer.exe"
