internet options call

hey i just did a browser (based in IE ActiveX), and i want to call the internet options, (from IE, the one that is in Control Panel)

i noticed that when i open it, in my process appears rundll32.exe, but i need a parameter to something cuz it ain't opening. does any1 know how this can be solved?

someone will get to you when someone know's how to. Creating another post does not really help - if someone know's the answer they will post. If the answer they provided does not work, explain what happens when you follow their answer/instructions
