An error about reference a COM component in a C# project

Hi everyone,

I uses C# create a project , and in this project I referenced a COM component,but when I run it ,it shows an error :The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040), does anybody know why and how to resolve it?
