O, its very stupid problem, you can not create a user in Personal website starter kit, i have even see a solution at another forum but it couldn't work, it give the following error, what should be the exact password format.

This is common, and it does work you just need to make sure that you are using the correct format of password (Note that this can be disabled) Try something like 'Qw#rty001'....
On another not if you drop over to http://forums.asp.net there is a forums just for the personal Starter kit where you will find all the answers you need on this problem, In the beginning there could have been 1 to 2 messages a week on the same problem.
