The administrator has configured the forums to not allow duplicate posts.

Are you still seeing this problem? There were db locking problems with Forums for the past few weeks so this may have been a symptom of this problem. This has been resolved so everything should be working again normally.

It happened once last night when I first started posting, been away for a while - super busy with work. But after that it seemed to work fine.

I thought something was up today as about 3 hours ago the forums were a bit slow, but thankfully not the usual error messages we see :-)
