Hello DelotaOps101,
I have never personally had this problem, but I have located this link that has a few steps to recover missing templates.

It appears its more of a Visual Studio issue than a Vista issue.

Thanks, i got it. For some reason it didn't install the templates, so i just copied them over from my XP hard drive.
