WSE 3.0 Security - Hands on Lab

I downloaded and installed WSE 3.0 and the WSE 3.0 Security Hands on Lab. It says there are supposed to be certificates for the samples in a certain directory and they are not anywhere on the machine.

Does anybody know if this is a known thing and if I have to get them somewhere else?
