Roles in Team System

You create roles in the XML process template. If you edit an existing template, you will see the role definitions.

You don't assign roles to users in Team System, you assign groups and permissions to users. You can create groups which match the roles within the XML. The full details of how to do this will be in the documentation released with the final product.
