Creating a role without parameter access?

Hello everyone,

is it possible to create a user role within RS that gives a user access to view a report but hides all the parameters? I would like administrators to view a report and set the parameters how they wish, then a user to view these reports without access to alter the parameters.

What would be the best way to achieve this? I couldn't see a role that covered this.
