Why on earth would you want Beta 2 RC1 of SQL Server 2005?
I can practically guarantee you that you are going to have such a difficult time finding it that it probably aren’t worth your time to try. Not only is it quite out dated, it is unlikely that it works with the shipping framework and it’s built in expiration date is nearly at hand (if it hasn’t already passed).
Instead... why not give SQL Server 2005 Express Edition a shot?

My client have this beta ver running and they have one database on it.
In the past some consultant have installed the SQL beta version and client have no idea about that.
So I want to install 2005 beta 9000852 on test machine and want to upgrade it from beta to sql 2005.
So then I can repeate same process on thet server they have one database running.
Because this beta is not compatible with sql 2005. So I cannot backup and restore database from it to sql 2005.

I'm moving this thread to the database engine forum, where they'll be able to comment about upgrade options for the engine. I'm pretty certain that a backup from a beta build should restore just fine on RTM; it might be that a straight sp_detach/sp_attach process won't be supported but again folks in this forum will have a definitive answer.
As the previous replyer said, you're going to have a lot of trouble finding an old beta of SQL Server 2005 at this point. If it's legal, your easiest path may be to use the media that your customer has. Or is that not available?
