"Works With Windows Vista" logo -- where to submit test results?

We have modified our application to comply to VistaApplication Compatibility Cookbook, and we have applied to "Works With Windows Vista" logo, but on the pagehttp://microsoft.mrmpslc.com/VistaPlatformAdoption/Secure/WorksWithTestStatus.aspx there is a note "Beginning in August, you will be able to submit to Microsoft a standard test report that includes such information as the test conditions, success and failure information, and the list of use case scenarios that were tested".

August have passed, but that page seemed not have been updated. Where should we send test results to get the logo?

If there is another forum where we should address our question, please let me know.
