limit per one request in update,upload request via API

Hi

Does API calls have timelimit that it assigns to each request. I was looking in documentation but can't find information this issue.

If we have about 100,000 keywords that we want to update prices on or upload, will the system be able to handle it in one request. If anyone know if API calls have some sort of limits.
