The exact error is:

The operating system is not adequate for running ATT Natural Voices 1_4 Engine and Crystal16.

Hello Fug,

I did a little searching on AT&T's website and I found this link.

It appears someone else had the same problem on Windows Server 2003 and it turns out to be a bug in the Natural Voices installer. You might ping someone at AT&T to find out what is needed to fix this problem.

Thanks,
Louis Shanks

Figured it out. The .msi had an OS check and I removed it using an editor. Installed and worked fine. Thanks for taking the time to look into the issue.

What editor did you use to remove? Do you have the fixed MSI file you can send?

You can use Microsoft ORCA to change LaunchCondition in the msi file.
