fetching campaign name using campaign id

As far as I know, there is no such particular method.

You are supposed to get all the campaigns/orders belonging to a certain

account/campaign and check them against your campaignId/orderId.

Are there any plans to impliment a getCampaign() or getOrder() method? There are many circumstances where I only want a particular item and having to download/parse them all, is awfully wasteful.
