How to use Wsus api?

I want to use wsus api in C++, but i don't know how to use.

if do i need download SDK? what is SDK's name? or install .NET 2003 or install .Net 2005.

where is the Microsoft.UpdateServices.Administration namespace?what is the head file or lib file?
