Per program settings in registry?

Hi All,

I have a problem with these 2 applications. The first screws up without enabling windows font substitution, the second screws up with font substitution. The issue here is that I can't enable a registry value for only 1 application. It there any way to specify per application settings (like the good old INI files?).
