When are the values (in the reports for instance) considered as stable?

Hi,

I was wondering whether there is a delay that I have to take into consideration when I download report from the API to be sure that the values I download are stable.

What I mean is: does the msn staff go through the values (clicks for instance) to adjust them (false clicks to be removed...) which can make a report downloaded at 8:00 different from the same report downloaded at 8:30 (if my account is checked during this half hour by the staff)?

Thanks.

That used to be the case, but now the reports are stable once ready. Make sure to specify the AllOrNone flag in order to get the full report (and not partial updates)...

Speicifying the AllOrNone flag, does it mean that the full report is (immediately) available when I ask for it or do I get an empty report whether it is not ready yet?

Specifying the flag means the report will be ready to download only after all the data for is "ready" (done processing). Otherwise, the report will not be made available for download.

Without the flag, you can see partial information in the report, and subsequent calls to get the same report (for the same time) may result in additional data.

Thanks,

Shai

Sorry to be insistent on that point but I am really wondering how the data can be considered as stable when the report is "ready" (done processing) :D

Does it mean that the msn staff never adjust the data to take into consideration fraud clicks for instance as the others do (adwords, overture)? There is no human interaction at all in the msn system?
