My Dell Poweredge 600CS is not showing the full size of my new 500GB hard drive

I'm running Windows 2000 Server on my Dell Poweredge 600CS

I recently installed a Seagste 500GB hard drive to back up my main drive but windows is only seeing 128GB.

I installed the hard drive in a WinXP PC and it saw the 500GB.

The main hard drive on the server is 250GB in size, and it is seeing the whole thing.

So, whats the problem...........
